How a quick sale works with an even quicker sale

We view it in person and conduct a full, free survey on the spot to ascertain the proper market value of your home, then discuss what your needs are, how we can best meet them, and give you an estimated value for your property which is exactly what you will receive, no estate agent, legal or survey fees deducted.

 

4. Agreement: Our offer is valid for a full calendar month, but we're often happy to proceed after the date has passed (although we may have to review your circumstances). Unlike some companies, you're still under absolutely no obligation to proceed at this stage and we do not charge for "external surveys".

 

5. The sale: Once you have decided to sell to us, we handle all of the paperwork. You can use your own solicitor, or one we help you find one. We pay the full cost, unlike our competitors who only contribute a maximum of £500.00. We always look for a solution that works for you as well as us.
